Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes with Choco Butter Cream

Yesterday neighbour has ordered for some cupcakes and a chocolate cake. Her kid wanted chocolate butter cream for frosting. So I prepared this eggless cupcakes with chocolate butter cream.  When I was preparing my daughter also asked for a cup cake. So I prepared 1 extra cupcake for her. The cupcake came out soft. This is the recipe I never try to change because of the best result. Try it and you will surely love it. You will get 10 small cup cakes for the given recipe. Sending this to Champa's Bake-off. and Blog Anniversary Event by Suma who is a wonderful baker. Her recipes at Cakes and More are so nice and useful. Take a look if you have not yet been there.

This is another chocolate cake I decorated for the neighbour's daughter's birthday. The frosting is done with butter cream and the roses are made with candy clay. This was prepared before I started blogging. So I don't have a step by step tutorial. I will be preparing a cake in 5 days for another neighbour. I will try to do a photo tutorial on the frosting techniques for that cake.
