For a long period, I had a dream to host a recipe contest
for my readers. This contest is open for all my readers. You may be a blogger
or not, you can participate in the contest. I will be giving a theme for the month and all you need to do is send
in your recipes along with a photo of your finished dish to my email id. By the
end of the month I will select top 3 entries based on the preparation, the way
you describe the dish and the way you showcase your dish.
This month’s topic for the contest is sweets.
To get an idea of the topic please visit my page on Sweets . The recipe can be either Indian or
International but it needs to be eggless. Please do not send any cake or cookie recipes. Stick to authentic sweets or innovative sweets. Make the dish, take a photo of the
dish and send it to my mail id gayathriraani@yahoo.in with the
subject as Recipe Contest. The photo you send must be clear and taken in a
well-lit area. If the dish is a traditional one, a note describing the sweet will be an added advantage. For bloggers, you can send archived entry also. Only one entry per person allowed. So try to make it as attractive and lovely as possible.
