This is a nutritious paratha and I made it for my daughter. She loves layered parathas. I usually prepare layered paratha with ghee for Sruti and this time I added palak puree to the dough to make more colourful and nutritious. She liked it very much but PK was not very happy. I made paneer butter masala to go with the parathas. He liked the gravy and was disappointed with the paratha. The layers are not visible in this parathas. But when you tear a piece you can see the beautiful layers inside. I got this idea of layering paratha from Tarla Dalal's cookery book.
