Oats Bhakri

Bhakri is a flat bread which is prepared in western and central India. When I bought Saffola oats, a free recipe booklet accompanied the pack. I found this recipe in the booklet. I prepared it with minor changes and it tasted wonderful. It is very crispy and very filling. I prepare it frequently for breakfast nowadays. This is a very healthy version and it goes well with any type of chutney or gravy.
