Javvarisi / Sago Cutlet

I saw so many recipes for sago vadai in the net. I just twisted some of the recipes and added what I had to prepare these delicious cutlets. Every recipe asked for mashed potatoes. I grated the potatoes and combined it with bread crumbs and soaked sago. These cutlets were loved by hubby. I also did a baked version of these cutlets. Even that came out nice. They look so cute with sago studded like pearl.
