Yesterday neighbour has ordered for some cupcakes and a chocolate cake. Her kid wanted chocolate butter cream for frosting. So I prepared this eggless cupcakes with chocolate butter cream.  When I was preparing my daughter also asked for a cup cake. So I prepared 1 extra cupcake for her. The cupcake came out soft. Sending this to Champa's Bake-off. and Blog Anniversary Event by Suma who is a wonderful baker. Her recipes at Cakes and More are so nice and useful. Take a look if you have not yet been there.

This is another chocolate cake I decorated for the neighbour's daughter's birthday. The frosting is done with butter cream and the roses are made with candy clay. This was prepared before I started blogging. So I don't have a step by step tutorial. I will be preparing a cake in 5 days for another neighbour. I will try to do a photo tutorial on the frosting techniques for that cake.
