This is the basic version of raitha. You could be creative and add various ingredients to prepare a variety of raithas. Every one in my place love this simple raitha. It goes very well with biriyani and pulao.
Ingredients:
Onion-3
Curd-1cup
Salt- to taste
Procedure:
1. Chop onions to thin pieces.
2. Add curd and salt and mix well.
3. Enjoy with any variety rice.
