Onion Chutney





The Recipe:
Ingredients:

For the chutney:
Onion-3
Tomato-3
Garlic-5pods
Green chilly-3
Salt-to taste
Oil-2tsp

For Seasoning:
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dhal-1tsp
Curry leaves-4

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil and add the ingredients for chutney and sauté.
  2. When fried well add 1/4 cup water and allow it to boil.
  3. When it boils simmer for 2 minutes and switch off stove.
  4. When cool grind it to fine paste.
  5. Splutter the seasoning ingredients and add to chutney.
  6. Enjoy with Dosa or Idli.
