This is the recipe I tried from Chef In You. I am sending this to Choco-Delite's Event going on in Taste Buds, an event by Smitha . Chef in You has many great recipes . This recipe is a very easy one and the end result was fantastic. Loved it. As I didn't have bitter sweet chocolate bars I used dark compound instead of that. My daughter who is a chocoholic has fallen flat for this fudge.

The Recipe:
Ingredients:
Bitter sweet chocolate-500gm
Condensed milk-1can
Cinnamon powder-2tsp
Butter-3tbs
Vanilla Extract-1tsp
Walnut-1/4cup
Salt(optional)
Procedure:
1. In a bowl add condensed milk, cinnamon powder, chocolate and butter.
2. Bring water to boil and simmer in a pan.
3. Keep the bowl of chocolate on the pan containing water(double boiler)
4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate and condensed milk are blended.
5. Apply butter to a square cake tin. Line it with a butter paper so that the paper lines the tin fully and a little of the paper exceeds the tin area. Grease the paper.
6. When the mixture is smooth add chopped walnuts and pour it in the cake tin.
7. Allow it to cool and keep it in the refrigerator. Let it set for 2 hours.
8. After 2 hours invert the fudge onto the chopping board. Remove butter paper.
9. Cut it into equal pieces and serve.
