Baked Okra (Lady's Finger)



I have used just 2 ingredients In this simple recipe. Hope you enjoy.


The recipe:
Ingredients:

Okra-250gm
Idli podi (Urad dhal powder)- as per requirement
Till oil-to mix the idli powder

Procedure:
1. Wash okras and slit it in the middle.
2. Mix idli podi and till oil.
3. Stuff the okras with idli podi.
4. Preheat oven at 250`C.
5. Line a baking tray with butter paper and arrange the okras. Bake okras till crisp. It will take 40 minutes to 50 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
